Fresh flowers and plants can be a tricky product to work with.  Sometimes they wilt, die or get damaged within super short timeline.  Within 3 days.  If this is something you are experiencing please give us a call at 306 873 2025 and we can discuss what's going on with your fresh product.  Flowers and plants don't last a very long time without water and care so please be sure to water and care for your items as the living being they are.  In some cases it's not your fault and the product just isn't up to our standards.  In this case we will replace or refund your order.  We just need to chat to make sure all of the proper care and handling has taken place on both sides.

For Giftware we take returns or exchanges on anything not working, that arrived damaged before it reached your hands or there is something not quite right.  As always, give us a call.  We can't help you if we don't know there's an issue.  :)

This is a fairly loaded question.  Yes and no.  We will ship plants depending on the volume and number during warmer months with no chance of frost.  All orders containing plants will need to be discussed in person unless otherwise noted on the website.

Our flat rate delivery fee is $5.00 with the exception of funerals.  We do not deliver outside of town unless an arrangement has been made.  If you are inquiring about delivery to another town please phone us at 306 873 2025.

We receive fresh florals every week (even way out here in Northeast Sask).  We work with the best suppliers in the industry and our product is the same you would purchase in any major city.  We have a very high standard of quality and will ensure every arrangement ordered and sent out will be made with the freshest product possible.  Just so ya know, Tuesdays is when our fresh shipment usually arrives.
